Notice of Hearing

The Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) will conduct two public hearing options to provide an opportunity for citizens to review and comment upon the preliminary draft of the 2022 Kansas Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) State Plan.

The first hearing is at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 3, 2021, in conjunction with the KACAP Board of Directors meeting at CRC Care Center, formerly Avondale East Elementary School, 455 SE Golf Park Blvd. Topeka, KS 66605.

The second hearing is at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library, Marvin Auditorium 101BC, 1515 SW 10th Ave., Topeka KS 66604.

The proposed CSBG Annual Plan will be available for public examination beginning August 1, 2021, at https://kshousingcorp.org/community-services/community-services-block-grant. Limited hard copies will be available at the public hearing site and upon request.

Written comments regarding the plan will be accepted through August 18, 2021, and should be addressed to Marilyn Stanley, CSBG Program Manager, Kansas Housing Resources Corporation, 611 S. Individuals with disabilities or limited English proficiency are welcome to attend and participate in the public hearing.  If you are in need of a sign language interpreter, an assistive listening device, large print, Braille material, or other accommodation to attend this meeting, please notify KHRC at least ten working days prior to the meeting.
